Cbus is managed by a Trustee called United Super Pty Ltd. Under the guidance of the Trustee Board, the fund CEO, management staff and co-ordinators are responsible for the day-to-day management of member services.
Cbus has a small team of national staff as well as Co-ordinators in all states. These staff are the public face of Cbus and are dedicated to providing quality services to both members and employers. Cbus has at least one Co-ordinator in each state whose job is to assist members and employers. This is your first point of call when you need information or assistance. The Co-ordinators are also available for site meetings and presentations on Cbus.
Directors
The directors of United Super Pty Ltd are appointed in equal numbers from employer associations and member associations in the building and construction industries. An elected independent director also sits on the board.
Decisions of the board are made by a two-thirds majority. This ensures no one sponsor can force a decision without consent of the other.
