Breakfast Point (Sydney)

A 52-hectare site in metropolitan Sydney was purchased in joint Venture with Rose Corporation to complete a staged development comprising 2,065 residential dwellings, community buildings, and a community retail centre.  The development will be undertaken over six stages and completion is anticipated by 2012. As at June 2003 in excess of 378 dwellings have been sold and approximately 100 units/houses had been completed.

   

The project will be undertaken over 6 stages.  Stage 1 & 2 have been completed and stage 3 is currently under construction.

CBW - 'Corner of Bourke and William Streets, Melbourne'

Cbus Property is currently developing its prime CBD site located in the heart of Melbourne’s Financial and legal sector.   Key features of the CBW project are the construction of two new A Grade office towers with Premium services and 5 Star Green Star rating over a fully integrated ground plain creating a vibrant retail and public domain.  The larger of the two office towers, 181 William Street located on the Bourke and William Streets corner of the site, is anchored by leading insurer CGU and will be completed at the end of 2008.  The design of the second office tower, 550 Bourke Street is currently being finalised.

Bayview Gardens (NSW)

 

The property comprises a total of 230 self-care units and a 38 suite serviced apartment complex.  It includes a purpose built community centre incorporating office and reception area, dining room, kitchen, lounge, library, swimming pool and other leisure facilities.  A 73-bed nursing home is also included on the property, which is currently leased to an external operator.  Cbus Property is currently expanding the village with an additional 32 self-care units on the vacant land.  Post development, the approximate value of the Village will be in the order of $85M. 

  

Lindfield Gardens (NSW) 

 

The property currently comprises a total of 88 self-care units and a 42 suite serviced apartment complex. It originally included a purpose built community centre incorporating office and reception area, dining room, kitchen, lounge, library, swimming pool and other leisure facilities. Frances Park (Darwin) 

 

Frances Park is a medium density master planned residential project that is located only minutes from the Darwin CBD. The Development will comprise on completion 554 dwellings developed over 8.52 hectares over an 8-10 year period.  The development project takes full advantage of its elevated position providing stunning views of the city and bay coupled with swimming pools, tennis courts and extensive landscaped gardens.  Cbus became a 50% joint venture partner in the project in December 2002.
