Your Directors
Your Directors
The Directors of United Super Pty Ltd are appointed in equal number from member and employer associations in the construction and building industries. An appointed independent director also sits on the board (currently vacant).
Decisions of the board are made by a two-thirds majority. This ensures that the views of one director cannot force a decision without consent of the others.
The Chair of your Board of Directors (appointed by the ACTU) is former Victorian Premier Steve Bracks.
