Cbus welcomes Kristin Miller to leadership team

Cbus Super is delighted to welcome Kristin Miller to the new role of Group Executive, People and Culture.

Cbus CEO Justin Arter said that Ms Miller is a proven people and culture leader and will play a key role as the $60 billion fund continues to grow, “We are very pleased to welcome Kristin Miller to the leadership team at Cbus, Kristin is joining the Fund as it continues to grow by all measures.

“Kristin will bring to our Executive extensive international and local experience in people and culture roles where she has successfully led teams to deliver cultural and operational transformation.

“As Cbus continues its transformation process of building greater direct control of our investment activities and of our member and employer advice and services, Kristin will lead the positioning of our people at Cbus for the continuation of that transformation.”

Mr Arter noted, “This position is newly elevated to Group Executive level, reflecting the importance that Cbus places on its people and culture as a driver of our success in delivering even better outcomes for our members.”

Kristin Miller said that her decades of leadership experience positions her well to join the team at Cbus, “I’m delighted to be joining the Cbus Executive team in this important role at such a critical time of growth for the Fund and for industry super funds in general. I believe that with Cbus’ strong member focused culture and depth of talent, we are well positioned to take advantage of the many opportunities ahead of us.”

Ms Miller will commence with Cbus on 22 February 2021.

Kristin Miller bio

Kristin is an experienced Human Resources leader with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry in both Australia and Asia. She is adept at building trusted relationships with senior leaders and developing commercial and pragmatic talent solutions in order to deliver on the business’ strategy.

Kristin has recently returned to Melbourne from Hong Kong where she spent the past 15 years working for multinational organisations in senior HR roles spanning the Asia Pacific. Kristin joins Cbus following her most recent role as Group Head of Human Resources for Noble Group in Hong Kong, senior HR roles at BlackRock for six years and at AllianceBernstein, Morgan Stanley and Macquarie Group.
