If you notice the number '9' at the beginning of a Cbus Membership Number it means that we do not have a properly completed application form for your employee. This means they may be uninsured, or their payment may not be allocated to their account. If you have an employee who you believe has not completed an application form, please contact us on 1300 361 784 for a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement.
