New employees
Already a Cbus member?
Step One
Login to SuperSite, our online account facility, and update your company’s records to include any new employees.
If you are not registered, please contact the Cbus Service Centre on 1300 361 784.
Alternatively, you can add your employee to the next month's Employer Contribution Return, by including the following employee details:

Name;
-
Address;
-
Date of birth;
-
Cbus membership number;
-
Start date of employment with you ; and
-
Details of the contribution you are making for them.
Step Two
If your employee has provided you with their Tax File Number (TFN) you are required to add it on the Contribution Return form, along with the details above.
Simply write ‘TFN’ followed by the 9-digit number.
N.B. You are legally obligated to pass on their TFN if you have been provided with it.

Step Two
You will need to send in your employee’s completed Membership Application form. This can be found at the back of the Member Handbook. If a Membership Application form is not completed by the employee they may be uninsured, or may not be able to access all of the membership benefits offered by Cbus.
