If you notice the number '9' at the beginning of a Cbus Membership Number it means that we do not have a completed application form for your employee. This means they may be uninsured, or not able to access all of the benefits of Cbus membership.
If you have an employee who you believe has not completed an application form, please download the Member Handbook which includes the Membership Application form at the back.
