How do I become a registered employer with Cbus?
To register as a Cbus employer, you will need to download the Employer Handbook and complete the Employer Application form at the back and return to Cbus. Once you become a registered employer, you will be able access to SuperSite, our online account facility. For further details, please click here.

How do I make Cbus my default fund?
It's easy to make Cbus your default super fund. Most importantly, it doesn’t cost anything.
Step 1. Download the Employer Handbook and complete the Employer Application Form at the back.
Step 2. Provide your employees who will be joining Cbus with the latest Member Handbook, which includes a Membership Application Form at the back.
Step 3. Choose how you want to pay the superannuation contributions for your employees each month. Please visit the payments section for more information.
Step 4. Collect the Membership Application Forms from your staff and send them back to Cbus. We will then send you a certificate confirming your registration as well as your first Contribution Return.

How do I update an employee’s tax file number?
Tax file numbers (TFNs) can be forwarded to Cbus on your contribution return or faxed to Cbus on 1300 361 794, together with the member's personal details and membership number.

How do I sign up a new employee to Cbus?
