SuperSite allows you to:

  • lodge your Contribution Returns;
  • make payments using Bpay, Direct Debit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT); and
  • access and update your records, including employee details.

SuperSite comes with online support and a quick reference guide, so help is never far away if you need it.

Upload information directly from your payroll system

Super File Manager is an online service designed so you can easily upload and securely transfer your contribution data straight from your payroll system files.

Using Super File Manager to submit your contributions, you'll have a choice between BPAY, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Direct Debit.

Once you have uploaded your files, the Super File manager service processes your submission and lets you know via email if any information needs updating. It then advises you to make your contribution payment.

There is no need to install any special software and this service is compatible with most payroll systems including MYOB, Micropay and Attache. When you register, you will be advised which file format to use with your specific payroll software.

Call us on 1300 361 784 to get your unique user ID and password.

Submit super contributions via email

Super Form is a facility developed especially for employers who want a simple, easy to use service that will save time when submitting contribution returns via email.

Cbus Clearing House

The Cbus Clearing House could be useful if you have employees that take up the Choice of Fund option, electing to have their super paid into a different fund to your default fund. We have an online tool which allows employers to pay super into multiple funds using the one system. Cbus will then distribute super payments to funds outside of Cbus on your behalf. Your Cbus payments continue to be made into Cbus the usual way. Click here to read more about the Cbus Clearing House.

Medicare Clearing House

If you are not eligible to use the Cbus Clearing House there are other available options. You could apply to use the Medicare - Small Business Superannuation Clearing House. Click here to read more about this option.
