2. Fill in your details, and the details of your other super account.
3. Complete the ID requirements.
4. Send it all back to us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Things to check before rolling out
Check if your other fund will charge you a fee to exit. If so, how much is it and are you happy to pay it? There could also be benefits, such as insurance cover, that you have with your other fund. Make sure you’re aware that these may be cancelled when you’re no longer a member.
