How to join

To join Cbus Self-Select, simply:

  1. Download and read the Cbus Self-Select Member Guide (Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)) or alternatively call the Cbus Service Centre on 1300 790 399 for your copy.
  2. Complete the Application Form included at the back of the Member Guide.
  3. Send your completed application to:
