Using Bpay with Self-Select
BPAY® - A convenient way to make personal contributions
BPAY® is a method of making payments to your account via the Internet or telephone banking. You can do this by using your financial institution's Internet or telephone banking service to make a payment from your account to your Cbus account at any time. If you wish to make payments via BPAY® you will need to call our Customer Service Centre, and we will provide you with all the information you need.
How to use BPAY®
Check with your financial institution to see if you are a BPAY® participant, and if so, register to use BPAY®.
You can then select the BPAY® option from your telephone or online.
To use BPAY® follow these simple steps
1. Obtain the Biller Code and your unique customer reference number which is to be assigned to your contribution by calling the Cbus Customer Service Centre from Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm. For Self-Select members the Customer Service Centre number is 1300 790 399, but for all other Cbus products it is 1300 361 784.
2. Call the number above and nominate the amount you will be contributing via BPAY® in order to receive the Biller Code and unique reference number assigned to your contribution. This process will need to be followed each time you make a contribution via BPAY®.
3. Alternatively you can obtain the Biller Code and unique customer reference number on-line by completing the voluntary contribution payment function, which will provide you with these details. If completed on-line you will need to follow this process each time you wish to make a contribution via BPAY®.
BPAY® Conditions of use
1. Detailed terms and conditions in relation to your use of BPAY® can be provided by your financial institution.
