Face-to-face support for you in NSW
We’re here to help whenever you need it, with a suite of services available for you to choose the form best suited to you. Standing by this principle, we’re proud to announce the opening of our third front counter service for our members and employers.
This face-to-face service will give you the opportunity to chat with, and be supported by, our trained industry experts for anything relating to your superannuation. Be it progressing a claim, understanding your investment options, or gaining access to interpreters, our dedicated team are around to help through the entire process.
Our front counter makes sorting your query easy and quick, allowing you to duck in for a chat to make that quick change, or set up a time for further conversations.
Our new NSW front counter service opens from Monday 10 April.
Drop into Level 25, 44 Market Street, Sydney between 8.30am–4.30pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
