New insurance portal for Cbus members
You can now apply for, increase, decrease or cancel your insurance cover online in just a few minutes.
Simply log in to your member account via your desktop, mobile or the Cbus app, to access Insurance Online.
Once you have submitted an application to apply for, or increase, your cover, you may also receive immediate acceptance, depending on your individual circumstances.
You can also apply to transfer existing insurance cover from another fund, change your occupation category and track the status of an existing application.
Paper forms are still available for members who prefer this option.
How to access Insurance Online
Log in to your member account, click on the ‘Insurance details’ tab across the top and then click the button ‘Change insurance or track existing application’.

Some internet browsers need pop-ups enabled to open Insurance Online.
Industry Super members in Non-Manual and Professional occupations will be able to apply for and change their Income Protection cover online from later in 2017.
