Cbus Property submits planning application for 435 Bourke Street, Melbourne


Cbus Property has submitted a planning application for its latest development at 435 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Purchased in March 2018, the site spans close to 3,000 square metres across 140 and 150 Queen Street, 423 Bourke St and 27 McKillop Street in central Melbourne.

The new commercial tower will be known as 435 Bourke Street. It presents a rare and strategically important opportunity for the city of Melbourne with forecast shortages for high quality office space in the CBD.
