Our vision for reconciliation

As part of our vision for our reconciliation action plan (RAP), we aspire to be an industry leader in this movement, actively contributing to national reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by acknowledging historical injustices while working collaboratively towards a more equitable and sustainable future for First Nations peoples.

About the artwork

The artwork draws inspiration from the linework in the Cbus Super logo, reimagining it as message sticks - symbols of communication and the transmission of important information. These message sticks represent our core values and our commitment to accountability, highlighting the organisation’s dedication to serving and supporting people on their path to a secure retirement.

The linework also symbolises individual pathways and journeys, reflecting the diverse experiences of our members as they work towards a better future. Gathering circles are incorporated into the design, representing the collective support offered by our staff, their expertise, and the broader community. Throughout the artwork, groups of people are depicted to signify both the individuals navigating their retirement journeys and the teams who provide guidance and knowledge along the way.
