We are upgrading your Member Portal

We're updating the Member Portal over the next few weeks to make managing your superannuation easier. These changes will happen gradually during June and July. If you notice the portal looks a bit different, you'll know you're using the updated version.

Your new portal experience

  • New side menu – replacing the top menu to improve navigation of the Member Portal.
  • Quick access to helpful resources – including tools such as calculators, educational webinars, and advice services.
  • Other small enhancements to improve user experience and portal performance.

We’ve also made changes to the portal web address, but you will still login and access the portal in the same way. You may wish to update any bookmarks or shortcuts you have for portal web pages once you are experiencing the new look portal.

What stays the same?

You will still have access to features such as checking your balance, viewing transactions, and managing your investment options. How you access the login page and the credentials you use to login details will remain unchanged.

During the scheduled upgrade:

  • You may notice minor differences in the portal's appearance or a brief delay in access.
  • Changes may be visible at different times for members depending on access points.

No action is required on your part – you will be able to securely log in and access your account as usual.
