We are upgrading your Member Portal

We are making improvements to the Member Portal, making it easier to manage your super. 

Your new portal experience

  • New left-hand menu – replacing the top navigation to help you find what you need and move around the portal easily. 
  • Cleaner, more structured layout – with menus organised so you can access main sections and related pages with ease. 
  • Improved Performance – leading to better page response times as you navigate the Member Portal.

What stays the same?

  • You will still have access to all your familiar features – like checking your balance, viewing transactions, and managing your investment options. 

  • Your Login details will not change. 

  • You can continue to login securely via the Member Portal as usual – no action is needed.

  • Please ensure to update your mobile app to the latest iOS and Android apps to make use of the new experience. 

Your Member Portal experience during the upgrade between 25 August and 25 September  

As we perform the scheduled upgrade to enhance your online experience,

  • You may notice minor differences in how the portal looks or a brief delay.
  • Based on where you access your Member Portal, some members will see the changes earlier than others.

There is no action needed from you – you will be able to securely login and access your account as usual.
