If you’d like to arrange a meeting with a financial planner for more comprehensive personal financial advice, Cbus Advice Services can refer you to an accredited financial planner who meets strict professional qualification and service criteria as set by Cbus and the Financial Advice Association Australia Limited (FAAA).

An accredited financial planner can help you with:

How does it work?

The financial planner can offer you advice on a fee-for-service basis and any fees for advice will be agreed with you in advance. The fee you pay will depend on the complexity of your situation and the advice you need.

You'll receive a written quote from the financial planner, which you’ll need to sign before you can proceed with the service.

Under the Financial Planner Payment Program, you may be eligible to have your advice fees deducted directly from your Cbus account.

The financial planner payment is only payable for personal financial advice that relates to your interest in Cbus and the advice must be provided by a financial planner who is part of the Cbus and FAAA Member Referral Program or financial planner registered with Cbus to deduct fees from a Cbus account.
