Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older. Only people who have received the survey invitation directly from CBUS are eligible to enter. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its suppliers are not eligible to enter. |
Details of prizes

The 3 best entries as determined by the judges will be deemed the prize winners and each will win one $250 Gift Card for online shopping. Prizes must be taken as offered, no modifications or exchanges will be possible and the prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes that are posted by the Promoter but not delivered to the winners for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. |

| Method of entry | To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotion period: Complete the survey and then answer the question: “What is one small thing CBUS could do to help you better prepare for retirement?” Entry to the Promotion is free and automatic upon completion of the survey and submission of a valid answer. |
Maximum number of entries

You may only submit one entry per person – and each entry needs to be in conjunction with a completed survey. Any subsequent entries will not result in further entries to the Promotion. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries. |
Prize draw
|
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judging will be performed by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Prizes will be awarded to the 3 most creative answers to the final question of the survey. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize judging will begin 10:00 AM AEST on Monday, 13 July 2026. Location of the judging: Entrants are not required to be present during the judging and prizes will be posted to the winners. |
| Notification of winners and redraw | Winners will be notified via telephone and/or email no later than Thursday 23 July 2026. If a prize remains unclaimed, the judge/panel of judges will select another winner, from the remaining entries, on Thursday 20 August 2026. |
