Brisbane’s latest commercial building has been completed

Cbus Property’s latest landmark developments have generated employment opportunities for members working on these sites. Both Brisbane’s 205 North Quay and Perth’s Nine The Esplanade are part of Cbus Property's$7.8 billion2 carbon-neutral office portfolio.

205 North Quay is a  30-storey tower featuring 43,700 square metres (sqm) of inspired office space in the northern pocket of Brisbane’s central business district. 

 

The building features outdoor terraces on every level and rooftop facilities. It also includes a gym, wellness floor, 210-seat auditorium and an open-air swimming pool.
 

Stacking up to sustainability targets, 205 North Quay has received a 6 Green Star rating and 5.5 star NABERS energy rating. To achieve these ratings, the tower has been designed to efficiently reduce energy, waste and water usage, and control midday, afternoon and early evening sun through its unique façade.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the country…

With views across Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River in Perth, Nine The Esplanade has also reached practical completion.
 

Developed by Brookfield Properties and Cbus Property, this 19-storey tower provides 33,500sqm of lettable space, including 4,600sqm dedicated to co-working areas.
 

More than 80% of the building is already leased, with major tenants such as EY, Multiplex, Hub Australia, Argonaut, and INPEX already secured.
