These programs are open to recent graduates, having completed a degree in or due to complete a degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, STEM or another related discipline at an Australian Tertiary Institution.
Post Graduate qualifications would be looked upon favourably, as would enrolment in the CFA Program.
A strong interest in superannuation, investing, the economy and financial market trends is essential, and you will have a willingness to challenge the status quo in a thoughtful and courteous manner.

What will you do?
This is a full-time role at Cbus, rotating across 4 departments over a 12 month period. You will experience Cbus specific induction and training supported by a Cbus mentor and buddy.
You will be challenged and given responsibility from day 1, contributing to Cbus success from the get-go. You can benefit from outstanding flexibility and work-life balance, working from our state-of-the-art premises.
Where is it located?
Our Investments Graduate Program can be located at Wesley Place, Melbourne or Market Street, Sydney.
Our Superannuation Graduate Program will be located at Wesley Place, Melbourne.
