Cbus invests through ISPT in a stake of 275 Kent Street in Sydney
Cbus invests in property through various managers, which include ISPT, Cbus Property and AMP. The Growth (Cbus MySuper) option has an 11% Target allocation to property investments.
In July 2018, the ISPT Core Fund acquired a 50% interest of 275 Kent Street Sydney, known as Westpac Place. It’s viewed as a prime location due to its proximity to the Barangaroo and Western Precinct of Sydney’s CBD.
Westpac Place is a 77,503 sqm Premium Grade office building which is 100% leased to Westpac Banking Corporation. The building also includes a retail component of 2,173 sqm, an on-site Childcare Centre and 214 car spaces.
