Cbus appoints senior investment roles

As part of the expansion of our in-house investment capability, Cbus, the leading superannuation fund for the construction, building and allied industries, is pleased to announce three new senior appointments to the team.
Patricia Lindenboim has been appointed to the role of Head of Strategy & Investment Innovation reporting to Alexandra West, Portfolio Head of Strategy and Innovation in our Sydney office. Patricia will work across the whole Investments team to develop strategic and innovative initiatives. Patricia has significant domestic and international experience in strategy development and financial services with roles at NAB, Macquarie Group, A.T. Kearney and McKinsey & Co.
Elizabeth Weston is joining Cbus in a new Investments team role as Head of Legal and Governance based in Melbourne. Elizabeth has significant experience across asset management in Australia and the UK. Her most recent role was General Counsel and Company Secretary for River and Mercantile Group with global responsibilities.
Sanjay Magotra has been appointed as Portfolio Manager, Equities in the Public Markets Team in Melbourne reporting to Kiran Singh, Head of Equities. With extensive experience as an equities analyst and portfolio manager in the US and Australia markets, Sanjay’s most recent role was a Portfolio Manager at Integrity Investment Management. He will be responsible for undertaking company and sector research across Australian equities.
