Cbus Property has been recognised for sustainability and governance through the GRESB Survey

 

Cbus Property scored an outstanding 97/100 and maintained the highest-possible 5 star rating in the 2018 GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark).

They are assessed on Environmental, Social and Governance performance (ESG) and compared with peers in Australia and globally. This year, 903 property companies and real estate funds completed GRESB, representing 79,000 assets and over USD 3.6 trillion in value.

Cbus Property received an impressive 3rd out of 874 global GRESB participants.

This ranks Cbus Property within the top commercial property companies here and internationally, all while achieving strong investment returns.

Collins Arch at 447 Collins Street is registered to pursue the WELL Certification. It is also targeting a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating, a 5 Star Green Star Office Design rating and to have end of trip facilities that exceed Green Star and industry standards.

Cbus Property’s 1 William Street has received a 6-Star Green Start rating. The building is one of only 16 buildings in Australia to have received the rating.
